RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview We want you to love every purchase from Kapray. As a small business offering unstitched fabric and clothing, we have outlined our policy below to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and uncut
  • The fabric is in its original condition with no alterations made
  • The original packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, or altered in any way
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at kaprayofficialstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
